Privacy Policy - AI Website Builder & HTML IDE

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app AI Website Builder & HTML IDE (package name com.cosmovex.webeva, also referred to as "WebEva" or "the app"), published on Google Play by the developer CosmoVex ("CosmoVex", "we", "us"). It explains what information the app accesses, collects, uses and shares, and the choices you have.

Information the app processes

• Your projects: HTML, CSS and JavaScript files and images you create or import are stored on your device. They leave your device only when you choose to use a cloud feature below (AI generation, publishing a site, or cloud save).
• AI prompts and code: when you use the AI website builder or AI code features, the text prompt you enter and the relevant code are sent to our Firebase Cloud Functions backend, which forwards them to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. We keep counts of AI usage and credit balances; prompts are not used for advertising.
• Account information (optional): if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your account identifier, email address and display name from Firebase Authentication. Sign-in is only needed for publishing and cloud features.
• Published websites: if you publish a site or share it to the gallery, the site files and the title you choose are stored on Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) and become publicly viewable at the link the app gives you.
• Images you pick: images you select with the image picker are added to your project; they are uploaded only if you publish or save the project to the cloud.
• Purchases: purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token and product ID to verify the purchase and unlock Pro; we never receive your payment card details.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging assigns a device token so we can send reminders and service messages.
• Analytics and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config and Firebase App Check collect app usage events, device and app version information, crash reports and an app instance identifier to keep the app stable and improve it.
• Advertising: the free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect the advertising ID, device information, approximate location derived from IP address and ad interaction data. In regions where consent is required, Google's consent message asks you before personalised ads are shown.

How we use information

• To provide the editor, live preview, AI generation, publishing and cloud save features.
• To verify purchases and keep track of Pro status and AI credits.
• To send notifications you have allowed.
• To measure and fix crashes, slowdowns and errors, and to understand which features are used.
• To show ads in the free version.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the app's features, under their own terms:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check) — Firebase privacy
• Google AdMob — how Google uses information in ads
• Google Play Billing — Google Privacy Policy
• The AI model provider that processes AI requests sent through our backend.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data sent to our servers travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Project files stored on your device stay until you delete them or uninstall the app. Account, published-site and cloud data are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Analytics and crash data are kept for the retention periods set by Firebase.

Your choices and account deletion

• You can use the editor without signing in.
• You can turn off notifications in Android settings and reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and its data from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing trionapps@gmail.com as described on our account deletion page. Verified requests are completed within 7 business days.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
